Guide

Before the storm: your driveway checklist

Ten minutes before the snow helps the crew finish on time and protects what is under the snow.

Clear the way

  • Move cars, trash bins and toys off the driveway and away from the end of it.
  • If a car must stay on the street, check your village notice for parking rules during snow.
  • Keep a path from your front door clear of anything the crew might trip on.

Flag what snow hides

  • Tell us about low walls, flower bed edges, drain covers, sprinkler heads and loose pavers.
  • Tell us about a gate, a second driveway or a steep spot.
  • Do not send gate codes through the quote form.

Check your quote

  • Confirm the window you chose: Priority 5 to 7 AM, Morning 7 to 10 AM, or After the storm.
  • Confirm you pre-booked at least 24 hours before the storm, or before the season.

Plan for the photo

After every visit we send you a photo of the finished work, by phone or email as agreed. You do not have to go outside to check.

Read your village notice

Villages and towns set their own rules for sidewalks and parking during snow, and the rules can change. See snow and sidewalk rules by town for the rules we have verified, with links to the official source.
