This website belongs to Rivertowns Snow Removal ("we", "us"). We are a service-area business serving homes in the Hudson Rivertowns and nearby villages of Westchester County, NY. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Using this site
- Use it to learn about our service and to ask for a quote.
- Give true details. Do not send anything harmful or unlawful, and do not try to disrupt the site.
- The text, design and images on this site are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.
Quotes
- A quote is based on your address and photos. Your exact price comes from your photos.
- Prices on this site are for pre-booked customers with a standard driveway and a storm up to 6 inches. Larger driveways, bigger storms and requests that are not pre-booked cost more.
- Prices include New York sales tax. Your invoice shows the amount before tax, the tax and the total.
- A quote is not a booking. Service is booked when you accept your quote and we confirm it with you.
What a visit covers
Our visit covers the driveway, front walkway, front steps and the end-of-driveway pile. It does not include the public sidewalk or shared condo or HOA entries.
Windows, availability and waitlist
- You choose a completion window: Priority 5–7 AM, Morning 7–10 AM, or After the storm (within 4 hours after the snow stops). For overnight or extended storms, your completion window applies to the following morning.
- Pre-booked customers are served first. Pre-booked means you reserved before the season or at least 24 hours before a storm.
- Priority has limited availability. If a window in a village we serve is full, we offer the waitlist. Joining the waitlist is not a booking.
60-minute guarantee
If you pre-booked and we finish more than 60 minutes after the end of the window you chose, your next visit is 25% off. The 60 minutes are counted from the end of your chosen window.
Photo proof
After every visit we send you a photo of the finished work, by phone or email as agreed.
Messages
We reply to you and send photo proof by phone or email only. We do not send marketing texts or marketing emails. See our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of uninterrupted site
