Rivertowns Snow Removal ("we", "us") is a service-area business. We come to your property and have no storefront. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Quote form: your name, service address, village, phone, email, the photos you upload, the services and window you choose, and any notes you add.
- Messages you send us: emails and calls to us.
- Basic website data: This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. Our website host may keep routine technical logs.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and send your quote.
- To schedule and carry out your service, and to send you a photo of the finished work, by phone or email as agreed.
- To invoice you and keep our business records.
- To contact you about your service by phone or email.
We use your photos only to quote and plan your visit and to document our work. We do not publish photos of your home or your name without your written permission.
Marketing
We do not send marketing texts or marketing emails. We have no newsletter. We send only service replies and photo proof, by phone or email, such as your quote, your booking and your photo of the finished work.
Who sees your details
Only us and the service providers we need to run the business. Netlify hosts this website and receives the quote form submissions, including your photos. Our crews and subcontractors get the address and the notes needed to do the job. We do not sell your details. We share them if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to answer and serve you.
