Pre-booked vs last-minute snow removal
Pre-booking is how you get the listed price, the guarantee and a place at the front of the line. Here is what it means.

What pre-booked means
Pre-booked means you reserved before the season starts, or at least 24 hours before a storm. Pre-booked customers are served first.
What pre-booked gets you
- Service that starts automatically at 2 inches of snow, without a call from you.
- The listed prices for a standard driveway and a storm up to 6 inches.
- The 60-minute guarantee: if you pre-booked and we finish more than 60 minutes after the end of your chosen window, your next visit is 25% off.
Priority availability
Priority, the 5 to 7 AM window, has limited availability. If it is full, we offer the waitlist and write to you when space opens. We do not promise a slot we cannot keep.
Booking after a storm starts
You can ask. Requests that are not pre-booked are served after pre-booked customers and cost more. Send a quote request and we will tell you what is possible.
How to pre-book
Request a quote with your address and photos, or text or email them to us. We reply with a clear price, and your quote tells you whether the window you want is open.
