Snow removal windows explained
You choose when your driveway is done. Here is what each window means and when the guarantee starts counting.

The three windows
- Priority, 5 to 7 AM. Finished between 5 and 7 AM. Limited availability, first come, first served.
- Morning, 7 to 10 AM. Our standard window. Finished between 7 and 10 AM.
- After the storm. Finished within 4 hours after the snow stops.
When the 60-minute guarantee starts
We count the 60 minutes from the end of the window you chose. If you pre-booked and we finish after that, your next visit is 25% off.
- Priority: the window ends at 7:00 AM, so the guarantee applies if we finish after 8:00 AM.
- Morning: the window ends at 10:00 AM, so the guarantee applies if we finish after 11:00 AM.
- After the storm: the window ends 4 hours after the snow stops, so the guarantee applies if we finish more than 5 hours after the snow stops.
Overnight and extended storms
For overnight or extended storms, your completion window applies to the following morning. Pre-booked means you reserved before the season or at least 24 hours before a storm.
