Service starts at 2 inches

For pre-booked customers, service starts automatically at 2 inches of snow. You do not need to call.

Storms up to 6 inches

Our listed prices cover a standard driveway and a storm up to 6 inches, for pre-booked customers. Bigger storms and larger driveways cost more, and you get the exact price from your photos before anything starts.

Overnight and extended storms

When a storm runs overnight or becomes extended, your completion window applies to the following morning. Priority is finished between 5 and 7 AM, Morning between 7 and 10 AM, and After the storm within 4 hours after the snow stops.

Reading a forecast

Forecasts give a range, such as 3 to 5 inches, and the total can change by address. Look at the upper end of the range. If it is close to 6 inches, expect a bigger storm to be priced from your photos. Our driveway snow calculator shows which side of 2 and 6 inches your storm falls on.

What if you did not pre-book?

You can ask. Requests that are not pre-booked are served after pre-booked customers and cost more. Read pre-booked vs last-minute snow removal.
